At Mairaj Accessories, we take pride in offering premium-quality jewelry designed with care and craftsmanship. Each order is carefully inspected and packed to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
Please read our return and refund policy thoroughly before placing an order.

1. No Exchange or Refund on General Orders

Mairaj Accessories does not accept exchanges or refunds once an order has been delivered.
Please review product details, videos, and photos carefully before purchase.

Bangle & Bracelet Sizing

For bangle orders, customers are strongly advised to check the size guide before confirming the order.
The company will not be responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.

2. Free Exchange for Damaged or Wrong Items (Pakistan Orders Only)

If a customer receives a broken, damaged, faulty, or incorrect item due to the company’s error, Mairaj Accessories will offer:

✔ Free exchange of the same article

(Subject to availability)

✔ If the same item is out of stock:

A voucher of the same amount will be issued.

3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video (For All Claims)

To be eligible for a damage or wrong-item claim:
•A proper parcel opening video is required.
•Video must be recorded before opening the parcel seal and clearly show:
•The parcel from all sides
•Opening of the tape
•The product inside
•The issue/damage
Without a video, no claim will be accepted.

4. Claim Time Window

All claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
•Claims reported after 2 hours will not be eligible for exchange or voucher.
•Customers must share:
•Parcel opening video
•Order number
•Clear photos of the issue

5. International Orders (Outside Pakistan)

For international clients:
•Free exchange is not available due to high shipping costs.
•If a damaged or incorrect article is received and verified via parcel opening video,
the customer will receive a voucher equal to the product amount.

6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

•Change of mind
•Wrong size ordered
•Items without parcel opening video
•Claims after 2 hours of delivery
•Used, worn, or altered products
•Sale, clearance, and discounted items (strictly non-returnable)

7. Delivery Issues

If the shipment is delayed, misrouted, or damaged due to courier handling or customs (for international orders), Mairaj Accessories will assist in raising a case, but refunds/exchanges are not guaranteed, as courier delays are outside our control.

8. Color & Design Disclaimer

•Slight color differences may occur due to lighting/camera effects.
•Handcrafted items may have minor variations—this is not considered a defect.
