•This website is owned and operated by Mairaj Accessories, Pakistan.
•By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using it under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
•We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Descriptions

•We aim to provide accurate product details, but slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to photography or lighting.
•All products are fashion jewelry, unless otherwise mentioned.
•Prices and availability may change without notice.

3. Orders & Confirmations

•Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message/email.
•Orders may be cancelled if the product is out of stock or due to unavoidable reasons.
•Mairaj Accessories reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:
•Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in Pakistan.
•Bank Transfer or online payment (if used via PayFast).
 
International orders require full advance payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Within Pakistan
•Flat shipping charges: Rs. 250/- nationwide.
•Delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on city and courier conditions.
 
International Shipping
•Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar: Flat PKR 10,000
•UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Norway, Spain, Hong Kong & others: Flat PKR 15,000
•Delivery time: 10–20 working days, depending on destination & customs.
 
Mairaj Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

•Due to hygiene and jewelry nature, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:
•Wrong item delivered
•Received damaged product (must report within 24 hours with unboxing video)
•If approved, we will exchange the item or offer store credit.

7. Cancellations

•Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
•For COD orders, repeated fake/false order placements may result in account blocking.

8. Privacy & Security

•All customer information (name, number, address) is kept confidential and used only for order processing.
•We do not share personal data with third parties except courier and payment partners involved in fulfilling your order.

9. Intellectual Property

•All content on this website—including images, videos, designs, text, and logos—is the property of Mairaj Accessories.
•Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Liability

•Mairaj Accessories is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by jewelry.
